Where to report
- AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) — The markets regulator; AMF Epargne Info Service 01 53 45 62 00.
- PHAROS (internet-signalement.gouv.fr) — Report illegal online content to the police. Info Escroqueries: 0 805 805 817.
Do this first
- Stop sending money, including any “fee” or “tax” demanded before a withdrawal.
- Call your bank, card issuer or exchange: some payments can still be stopped.
- Keep every message, wallet address, transaction ID and the website address.
- Report to the police and to the regulator above. Each report helps the regulator warn others.
- Ignore anyone offering to recover your money for an upfront fee.
