CFTC RED List (Registration Deficient) warning list
270 firms and websites the CFTC has warned about, newest first.
The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission's RED List names foreign entities that appear to be soliciting or accepting US customers' funds for products under its jurisdiction without being registered.
What a listing means: The CFTC says the entity appears to be acting in a capacity that requires CFTC registration but is not registered. Inclusion does not mean that the CFTC or a court has concluded that a violation occurred.
